1. Order Processing Time

For digital products such as:

  • Digital codes sent to the wrong email due to customer error

  • Losses caused by mistyped email addresses

If the code was delivered to the wrong email, we cannot retrieve it.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Unreceived Digital Codes

Once the code is delivered to your email address:

  • It is considered delivered

  • It cannot be resent if already redeemed

  • We are NOT responsible for customer-side email issues

However, we will assist in:

  • Verifying the code status

  • Contacting suppliers if needed

  • Resolving any technical issues


7. Damaged or Invalid Digital Codes

If your code:

  • Shows an error

  • Cannot be redeemed

  • Appears invalid

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Screenshot of the error

  • Device/platform used

  • Your order number

If verified invalid:

  • A replacement code will be issued
    OR

  • A refund will be provided (according to our Refund Policy)


8. No Customs, Shipping Fees, or Physical Delivery

  • No customs fees

  • No shipping costs

  • No physical delays

  • No carrier issues

9. Order Changes or Cancellations
