This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products, including:

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Digital Products)

Digital products cannot be returned, and refunds are only possible under very specific conditions:

✔ A refund may be issued if:

  • The code is proven invalid or already redeemed

  • The product was never delivered to the customer

  • A technical issue occurred on our side preventing delivery

❌ A refund will NOT be issued if:

  • The customer purchased the wrong region code

If you claim that a code is invalid or redeemed:

  2. Provide the code and screenshots of the error

  3. Our team will verify the code with our supplier

  4. Verification may take 24–72 hours

If confirmed invalid:

✔ A replacement code will be provided
or
✔ A full refund will be issued


4. Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital item:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ensure the email address used at checkout is correct

  • Contact us for a redelivery

If we cannot deliver your order for technical reasons, you will receive a refund.


5. Fraud Prevention & Security

For security reasons:
